  • Dr. Nate Neubauer, DC, CACCP

    Dr. Nate grew up in New Ulm and graduated from Cathedral High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University before attending Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN to obtain his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

    Dr. Neubauer is a member of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association).  Dr. Neubauer has done extra training for pediatrics and prenatal care.  The additional 200 hour curriculum offers techniques and protocols of care for children and pregnant women.  The doctors who have completed the hours of study are examined in the practical application of the course academics, techniques and case management.  Once successfully passing the exam he received certification recognition from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the ICPA.  The initials C.A.C.C.P. stand for Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics.

    Dr. Nate and his wife, Jenni, have two daughters -  Autumn & Brielle. He enjoys spending time with his family at the lake or just getting outside at home.  His girls keep him busy with coaching or being a fan with basketball, softball and gymnastics.  He likes to spend his free time in the summer fishing or golfing.

  • Dr. Steve Eckstein, DC

    Dr. Steve grew up in the neighboring town of Sleepy Eye where he attended St. Mary’s High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities before earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University.

    Dr. Steve is excited to bring his experience treating everyone from infants, athletes, weekend warriors, the elderly, and personal injury accidents to Neubauer Family Chiropractic. He has completed extra training for soft tissue injuries, which include Graston therapy and Kinesiology taping.  He worked as the Official Chiropractor of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon from 2009-2015.

    Dr. Steve and his wife, Kinzie, look forward to being able to continue to raise their daughter's, Evie, Ayla, and Emerie in this wonderful community. In his spare time you can find Steve hanging out with his family at the cabin, fishing, hunting, golfing, or basically anything outdoors!

  • Angie Schauman
    Office Manager

    Angie has been the office manager since 2009.  When not working, she enjoys golfing, reading, spending time outdoors, and anything music related. Born and raised in New Ulm, Angie loves to volunteer for and participate in any and all of New Ulm festivals!

    Chiropractic Assistant

    This New Ulm native joined the NFC team in August of 2021. In her free time, Melissa enjoys shooting pool, cooking, playing golf, and spending time outdoors.

  • Ken Griebel
    Massage Therapist

    Ken Griebel was born right here in New Ulm, MN in 1960, graduating from Cathedral High School in 1978.  He and his wife Susan were married in 1981 and have one son, Keith - married to Audra and two wonderful grandchildren, Morgan and Wyatt.  Ken has been dairy farming all of his life and in 2003, decided to add Massage Therapy to his repertoire.  He graduated from Sr. Rosalind's School of Professional Massage in April 2005 with over 650 hours of training.  He is capable of providing anything from light, relaxing massage to an invigorating, therapeutic, deep tissue massage, using any of a number of modalities, including Myofascial release, Neuro-muscular therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure and Swedish massage.  In his quest to stay on top of the latest techniques, Ken has been continuing his education by attending workshops and seminars.  He has completed two 40-hour intensive seminars on Orthopedic Massage and Pain Management by the internationally renowned James Waslaski.  Ken believes through massage you can relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, flush out toxins, and reduce pain, which helps manage stress and encourages your body to heal from within!  Ken enjoys playing softball, wallyball, bowling and singing in the 'Ken & Ken Show.'  He is very excited to be working out of the Neubauer Family Chiropractic office!
